Payroll
ITW Envopak payroll is paid on the 24th of every month. If the 24th falls on a weekend, then payment occurs on the preceding Friday.
Payment is made for the complete month in which the payment occurs (24 days in arrears and the remainder in advance).
Any overtime payments should be submitted to your line manager for approval, which will then be processed in the following month's wages.
Wage slips are provided electronically. These can be accessed via the ADP App or on the internet via the ADP website. You need to register for this service as follows:
Go to link https://myfreedom.adp.com and provide - Your first and last name - Your employee number - Your National Insurance number - Your date of birth - Your postcode - ITW Envopak's Self Service Registration Passcode (which should be requested via your line manager)
The registration process should take only 10 minutes to complete from start to finish and is fairly straightforward to follow. A full instruction manual is available on request.
