Personal Details (Version 1.0, revised Aug 2018)

At the commencement of your employment you will have provided us with various personal details. You must notify the company in writing immediately of any change, e.g. name, address, telephone number, next of kin etc.

This should be done by completing a ‘Personal Details’ form, which should then be posted into the HR post box.

It is in your interest to notify the company of any such changes. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising out of your failure to notify changes in your personal details.

Your details are held in compliance with the GDPR policy.
