Since 1912, ITW has built a reputation of honesty, integrity and fairness by conducting our business according to the highest ethical standards. The ITW Statement of Principles of Conduct embodies these core values and describes how we should conduct our business activities worldwide. As ITW continues to grow and implement its Enterprise Strategy, we must remain committed to operating with the highest level of integrity.
The Statement of Principles of Conduct governs all ITW employees and all business activities conducted by ITW subsidiaries and affiliates around the world. It serves as a reminder to our global ITW enterprise that we must always handle ourselves using the highest ethical and legal principles.
